I am not a shipping company so once it is out of my hands there is only so much I can do. If the product arrives to the customer and it is damaged I will ask that the customer takes pictures and send me back the damaged items. I will replace the damaged items or offer a 50% refund according to the situation. I package all items safely and securely so all items are protected.
-Press-on Nails cannot be refunded! I provide sizing charts, it is up to the customer to provide accurate measurements.
- Refunds will only be given if there is a product defect. Exchanges cannot be granted at this time because of COVID-19 safety protocol. There are no refunds done by nail tech @touchedbytali_ .
